You may be sensitive and a little swollen. The following days to come are different for each individual. The first few days your makeup may look dark & solid, give it time, it will lighten & soften. Your color may appear uneven or even nonexistent a few days later, it will reappear! This is all a process and total healing time before you will see your final results is 4 to 6 weeks!

  • Every appointment is not the same, but similar steps are used to achieve beautiful results. Here is a little peek of what to expect. . .

    Paperwork & Prenumb

When you arrive we will take the before pictures. You will be given the new client paperwork that will need filled out. While you are filling out the paperwork we will apply the prenumb topical cream. The cream needs about 15-20 minutes to take affect. Once everything has been discussed and we review your paperwork, it’s time to start!

    Predraw & Color

The predraw is typically done with multiple tools to create symmetry and shape. Once the shape is achieved and we are happy with the way it looks, we will then choose a color. The colors will be applied to the skin topically so we can evaluate which color is the best choice for your service.

The color choice can always be changed or adjusted for your needs.

    Application & Aftercare

During a typical appointment, we will rotate around the areas allowing us to use a secondary numbing between passes. We try our best to keep you as comfortable as we can during your service. Once we have a good base started we will have you sit up to check the progress to see if there are any adjustments that need made. Then we will pack in the color!

After the service, we’ll go over aftercare & make sure you don’t have any further questions, and get you scheduled for your Touch-up.

  • YES!!!! For example, during an eyebrow service we will measure and draw multiple styles and shapes of brows on you so you can get an idea of what works best for your face. Once we decide on the best shape, will measure and create the brows as symmetrical as possible. After the style and shape is achieved we will consult on colors. We will apply a few colors to your skin then choose the best color that suits you. Everything we do during this process you will see and be involved with. NO SURPRISES!

  • The variety of services have different amounts of downtime. Typically the day of the service your skin may appear red or irritated for a few hours. You may have mild swelling, for some is gone the same day, others may take a day or so more. Following the appointment for the first week you will need to apply the aftercare provided as well as not do or wear cosmetics around the area. the downtime is very minimal and normally not noticed by others.

  • We book the initial appointment for 2 hours. Depending on service and artist, times may vary! Follow up appointments typically take about an hour.

  • After your first appointment and touch up, typically you won’t need anything for at least a year. If the color changes or appears lighter or you want them thicker or darker then that is when you would come in for a touch up.

  • Everyone has different levels of comfort. We do our best to keep you as comfortable as we can using topical numbing creams before and during the service. We always hear it feels like a scratchy feeling at the worst.

  • As long as you have no know allergies to any pigments and do not suffer from keloids, you should be fine!

  • Following the appointment we will send you home with everything you need for the healing process. Typically we have you apply the ointment 2x a day for 5-7 days. After it is healed you can continue with your normal lifestyle but we do recommend you apply sunscreens, avoid the sun and limit peels over the area, this will help it last and look better longer!

  • Permanent makeup is as safe as getting a regular tattoo! Everything we use in the studio is one time use and we pay close attention to cleanliness and being sanitary!

  • NO!!! If you have hair we simply move it around to get to where we need. But, for example with your brows, we will clean them up for you if needed.
